Grape: 100% Palomino Fino grown on “albariza” soil in Pago del Hornillo, Sanlucar de Barrameda.
Development and ageing: 3 barrel “criadera” system
“Sacas”: Once a year
Bodega: Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Calle Trasbolsa, 35.
Tasting notes: Amber coloured Palo Cortado, dry and delicate with toasted hazelnut, toffee and liquorice notes.

A wine generated from selected barrels of the latest Manzanilla “criaderas”. The first phase of biological ageing is very short, 1-2 years, followed by oxidation over time.
